PAV BHAJI

GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES. SERVE WITH BUTTERED BUN.

VANILLA CAKE

INGREDIENTS:- 1CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1CUP BUTTER 1EGG 1CUP SUGAR 1TSP COCOA POWDER 5 DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE 1TSP BAKING POWDER 1TSP BAKING SODA ICING 1CUP BUTTER 1CUP ICING SUGAR 2DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE METHOD:- Melt 1CUP butter and cool it to room temperature, in a bowl take 1egg beat it with a beater add powdered sugar to it beat nicely add flour to it mix well add butter mix it well add cocoa powder baking powder baking soda vanilla essence and mix it well beat with beater with out lumps grease a baking tray and pour the batter bake it in a oven for 30min YOUR CAKE IS READY NOW FOR ICING Take butter icing sugar mix it well add essence to it now beat it well with a beater till it become fluffy. pour it in piping bag and decorate ur cake.
