METHOD:-
SOAK URAD DAL FOR 4HRS GRIND TO PASTE ADD CHOPPED ONION, CHOPPED GINGER, ADD CURRY LEAVES JEERA AND SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE.
MAKE VADA'S AND DEEP FRY
SERVE WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY, PEANUT CHUTNEY, SAMBAR.
Ingredient 1CUP URAD DAL, 3CUP RICE, SALT, SOAK BOTH THE DAL FOR 8HRS THEN GRIND TO PASTE KEEP IT WHOLE NIGHT IN THE MORNING HEAT NONSTICK PAN AND MAKE DOSA SERVE WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY.
